少し事態が進展したようですね。

手元に環境がありませんので憶測にすぎませんが、今回のエラーは、
おそらく LIBDRM_LIBSに、「-ldrm」が指定されていないためだと思います。

さらに、
-L/usr/local/lib -L/home/shuji/usr/lib -L/home/shuji/usr/X11R7/lib
で指定しているライブラリパス配下にlibdrm.soもしくはlibdrm.aが
存在しない場合は、存在するパスをライブラリパスに追加指定してください。
libdrm.{so,a}のありかが不明な場合はlocateコマンドなど使って調べて
みてください。
私のところでは、libdrm.soは、xorg-x11-server-Xorgパッケージに
含まれており、/usr/lib64/xorg/modules/linux/libdrm.soに存在して
いました。

通常は、このあたりのことはconfigureスクリプトでうまい具合に調整
してくれるはずですので、configureスクリプト実行時のの引数が正確で
ないのかもしれません。
